I believe in returning to the basics often—each time I revisit this material, I learn something new, something the body reveals only when it’s ready to be heard. As someone who loves to travel for adventure and discovery, 2026 will be a year where my journeys are devoted more to education and exploration of the human body. My focus is shifting toward deepening my studies in CranioSacral Therapy and somatic healing—continuing to learn, observe, and grow through experience in new places.
