Prenatal sessions are done in a side-lying position for your comfort and safety. Please provide at least three pillows so you can be properly supported during the session. My approach is simple and nurturing — no fancy extras, just a deeply relaxing, safe, and pampering experience for you and your baby.
The price for prenatal massage is the same as a regular session — I simply modify the positioning and techniques for your safety. However, I do not offer hot stones during pregnancy, as they are contraindicated, and I do not include CranioSacral Therapy since I’m not yet trained in prenatal-specific CST protocols.
