Welcome!

I’m so grateful that you’ve found your way here.
I’ve held a Texas massage license since 2013, and after moving to Alabama in 2023, I faced unexpected licensing challenges that required me to take a two-year hiatus from practicing. During that time, I realized just how much I missed this work — the connection, the stillness, and the quiet transformation that happens through touch.
In the summer of 2025, the laws changed, allowing me to submit my continuing education hours and finally receive my Alabama massage license (it still took forever haha). What a gift that was. The break turned out to be a blessing in disguise — a deep breath between chapters — giving me the opportunity to write, create, and explore new forms of expression. During that time, I established a travel blog and began writing a book, both of which deepened my understanding of healing, storytelling, and human connection. Now, I return to this work feeling fully recharged and inspired.
My Path Back to the Table
Back in Austin, Texas, I ran both a mobile massage practice and a small studio space. I discovered that many clients preferred receiving bodywork in the comfort of their own homes. They often mentioned how valuable it was to have time afterward to integrate, rest, and stay in that relaxed state without having to drive anywhere.
Because of that, I decided to continue my mobile practice here in The Shoals, bringing restorative bodywork directly to you.
The Work I Offer
Over the years, I’ve trained in a variety of modalities — Thai massage, Ashiatsu, Zero Balancing, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Sports Massage. But I’ve learned to simplify and focus on what I love most: Integrative Massage and CranioSacral Therapy.
My “normal” massages are anything but mechanical. They are intuitive, fluid, and guided by what the body communicates. When I work, I often feel a quiet sense of direction — a light guiding me toward the areas that need attention and release.
If you’re curious to learn more about CranioSacral Therapy, I’ve written a full blog post on it HERE: The Power of Stillness: How CranioSacral Therapy Supports the Nervous System
A Deeper Why
My path into bodywork began after a Near-Death Experience (NDE) in 2012 — a moment when I truly died and experienced the afterlife. That experience changed everything for me. Coming back was not simple; returning to the body after death felt like learning to integrate in the physical world all over again. Through that process, I discovered how profoundly healing touch can be in helping the body and soul reconnect.
As my practice deepens, I’ve become more passionate about the nervous system, somatic awareness, and how we hold stories and emotions within the body. Alongside my work, I love exploring ecstatic dance and freediving (my current record is 10M -33FT) — both help me stay present and embodied in my own healing journey.
Rooted in The Shoals
I’m so excited to reconnect my skills with the community here in Florence and The Shoals area. My hope is to offer sessions that help you return home to your body — where peace, balance, and renewal live naturally.
Thank you for being here.
